About the Brand

Hi, I'm Kaelyn, a motorcycle-riding, hardworking mom crafting badass clothes from my Northern California ranch. Life threw me some major curveballs, and through these challenges, I discovered the need to create fashion that empowers you to be unapologetically you. Welcome to Kaelyn Cobra.

My journey began when I lost my sense of style amidst weight gain, job loss, the death of my younger brother, marriage, and motherhood. When I was younger, my confidence was unshakeable, and I proudly wore bold outfits, no matter the occasion. But life changed, and I felt like a “basic bitch” version of myself.

For years, I was confused about my style. Should I dress like a mom now? Can I still be edgy? What do I wear? Part of me felt insecure about my previous style, while another part was excited to craft a new one.

I realized that creating clothes makes me, me. Clothes that I crave to wear and think maybe other people do too. Clothes that put me in the headspace to accomplish everything. I love curating my image around my day, thinking of my favorite Russh Magazine photo shoots and matching music while applying makeup. Sometimes, it’s just the perfect jeans and t-shirt!

Wearing clothes that make me feel really good makes me a better mother, creator, wife, and person. I’m finally crafting my style to fit my current life without losing my identity. I believe everyone should dress this way. It’s fulfilling. Inspiration leads to confidence, which leads to experimenting and nailing down your own aesthetic.

Do stuff that makes you happy. Wear things that make you feel good. Be unapologetically you.

xoxo,
Kaelyn Cobra

Who Makes Your Clothes

I am proud to say all items are hand made in the USA either by myself or my small team of amazing women! It's been a wild ride doing all the pattern drafting, cutting and sewing myself (oh, and with the "help" of my 3 yr old daughter, Pistol-Peach) and I am so grateful that with the success of my small business (Thank YOU!) I've been able to employ another woman owned and operated small business.

Handmade clothes are special.  They take time, but also last a long time.

This is not fast fashion. These items are made with high quality fabrics, production details and of course love! You don't get instant gratification from having an item in hand the second you purchase it...but our hope is that you feel satisfaction that lasts a lot longer in knowing that you are supporting a small biz and helping the environment by making investment purchases.

I want you to have a love affair with your clothes, not just a fling.
